I have dry eyes and was advised by my eye doctor to take 3 grams of flax seed oil a day (i.e. 3 of these capsules). Since taking them my eyes have improved a lot - I will continue to buy these for the foreseeable.

I bought this product in the search for an Omega 3 supplement that was vegan friendly, meaning the oil and the casing had to be vegan. This was for health reasons and a very serious past illness which has caused me to become vegan, cut out all toxins from my body as much as possible and use omega 3 in high dosages as part of a long term care programme as advised by my doctor / joint care / immune system support. This products ticks all the boxes I could have hoped for...Gluten, wheat and dairy free, with no additives and made in the UK which is always positive sign. The bottle size is perfect for long term use and well priced. I feel positive taking these knowing my body will utilise theme effectively and they will combine well with all of my other supplements,. Very happy with the product, delivery and packaging. I hope this company stays in business with more vegan friendly products.

I have been suffering with very achy/sore muscles I think due to the menopause I often feel like I've done 12hrs in the gym, my muscles were so sore that when I got up in the morning I walked holding onto the wall, I searched the Internet trying to find something that would help as paracetamol and ibuprofen didn't even touch it and I read that flaxseed oil would help and that after about 6 weeks I could feel a difference so I thought I'd give it a go, I've been taking 2 every evening for 4 weeks and I feel so much better I would say the discomfort I felt before was 10/10 now I'd say a good 3/10 I get the odd twinge but after walking for a while it goes but I can live with it now but before it was really getting me down so I'm confident that in a few weeks I could feel even better but tbh 3/10 is good for me, the capsules are quite large but I haven't had a problem downing them with a glass of water I will keep taking them for the foreseeable.

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to leave one for this product. I have been taking two per day for a few months since being diagnosed with Dry Eye Syndrome and Mild Blepharitis. I can honestly say they have made a positive impact on both conditions. I was told to introduce omega 3 supplements including flax into my diet to help my eyes improve and taking these have really helped my condition. They are slightly big but with enough water, they swallow okay, there is no dodgy aftertaste which is good. I am very happy with the outcome, I would recommend them and I will be buying again.

Does what it says on the tin

I have found flaxseed oil helpful in the past, but find the taste just too horrid. I am glad to find this vegan product which is not only free of animal gelatine, but seems to contain only flaxseed oil, not being extended with other oils as other products I have researched are. The fact this company donates to a charity is a bonus.They arrived promptly. I have been taking 2 of the capsules daily, but as I've done this for only a few days it is too soon yet to say if I feel any benefits. Fingers crossed!
