Everything about this mattress is nice except measurements They are not as described

Not what it used to be. I bought one in India 3 years ago. The same model, quality was great and i dont have aches when i sleep on that mattress but the new one i purchased in UAE is not of good quality or they have changed the material, my back hurts in any position and my shoulders hurt while i sleep on the side. Cant return it too :(

The mattress was not firm as described and one end was tilted downwards.

Very comfortable mattress. I used to have coir mattress and after sometime, it became very uncomfortable and resulted in back pain. But after I bought this mattress, back pain reduced and I get a peaceful sleep.

We didn't have ready-made mattresses at our home prior to this. After using this grid mattress for nearly 7 months we are happy to say this is the one we wanted. As promised so delivered. Love to sleep on this every night and when tired. Thanks to wake fit team for such an amazing product at a very 'oh my God so cheap price' during great Indian festival time. Also thanks to Amazon for the great offer.

This is supposed to be a medium firm mattress, with a gel cooling layer on one side. When first opening the box, there didn't seem to be any difference on either side, so I just left it alone to reinflate. It seems like it did fully reinflate, but there still isn't any difference from either side of the mattress. It definitely is not a medium firmness either. This mattress is the hardest, firmest mattress I have ever come across. It has actually made my back pain worse, and I completely regret buying it.

I have given the overall rating of 4. highlights. - Price is great and affordable - packaging and delivering - I got the product well in advance - comfortable sleep - soft and kids will love it. Lowlight. mattress outer cover and quality of material used. The only drawback is the quality of cloth that was put on top of the mattress layers. It will definitely attract quite a heavy maintenance. I would have rather liked the outer layer like traditional coir or foam mattress from Sleepwell or peps which is more rugged for handling and use.
