The cushion came with instructions for a Memory Foam Pump Up Lumbar Support.I spent 10 minutes looking for the "missing" velcro straps etc.Rubbish quality control which you don't expect from a UK based company!!

List of reasons I have returned this item:-1. The information and instruction leaflet enclosed with the cushion referred to a lumbar support cushion (which Amazon also sell), and not to the item I had purchased. In order to find out how the item could be inflated/deflated I had to refer back to the item information on the Amazon website. Luckily it was there, otherwise I would have had no idea that this item is self inflating, and can only be deflated using the valve attached to it. This means that you cannot make the item firmer if you let out more air than intended, you just have to wait for it to re-inflate. It could take a while.2. The cushion is only small, and it is difficult to judge just from written details if it will be comfortable. It isn't, as half of the area you sit on hangs over the edges all the way round, so it's really uncomfortable. I can't imaging that anyone, no matter how slim, would actually fit their buttocks onto this cushion without overhang.3. The stitching on one side of the cover had come undone, so there was a hole in the cover which I would have had to mend.4. The interior seems to consist of just a shaped and sealed heavy duty plastic bag of air, and this is then covered in a honeycomb textured cover. I was expecting a nice memory foam cushion, so this plastic bag of air was very disappointing. And I would guess it would be very sweaty to use.I would definitely not recommend this product as I can't really find anything about it to like.
