Seems to be OK, but like any supplement, its hard to judge its effectiveness
I have been using Omega 3 for about 5 years now, and I think it does me good, but it is pretty impossible to tell if it really does help, I can say, by comparison with other fish oils, the capsules are tasteless, and I feel no adverse after effects. I did do my homework comparing the important nutrient's between makes, and this seems to stand out as the best to me.

Un prix correct, un goût neutre (ce qui est une qualité) et une pochette qui se referme correctement. Utilisé dans une cure, 3x par jour, il fait le boulot correctement.
