Amazing piece of kit
I love gadgets, anything different always catches my eye and this certainly did. I wasn't sure at first. I have been doing my job for years without needing one and it is a lot of money for one socket. So why I wanted it if it worked.I work on vans mainly. Some of these vans have had wheels changed by the side of the road on breakdowns and my Milwaukee high power 1/2" will not do them. I can only imagine 3/4" or 1" guns are used by these guys to fit the wheels. I need to use a Koken 3/4" 1 meter bar when this has been done. I was contemplating on trying to make something to see if the idea worked before hand, but it could be dangerous!I watched and read reviews and it seemed OK so pulled the trigger. So yes it works, no more endless ugger dugger, no Milwaukee or air gun banging away. As soon as I get a tight wheel nut I swap sockets and I have no issues. A few seconds and they are off.A few advantages of having this socket that I can see are. You can use a lower powered gun and get more torque output or in my case it has done away with me buying a 3/4" Milwaukee cordless gun. One of the guys I work with bought one of the 3/4 guns for the reasons above, crazy tight wheel nuts. So, this is highly recommended.
