This came fast, 3 days before expected which was great for me but I can see how it could be problem.The delivery guy blamed covid saying he had to leave the package in the foyer, this is not true all other packages have been delivered to my parents door, my elderly mother had to put it on her walker and wheel it in, it is light so was manageable.The product is very easy to put together but I noticed quite a few marks on it, being a toilet product I want it to be new, it looked used.I contacted the seller, they were happy to replace it if I supplied a photo of the fault. I said it wasn't faulty just looked used and I sent a photo, they didn't respond, disappointing, I cleaned it.The unit is very unstable, so much so that I was not comfortable using it as is. I used a couple of leather belts and lashed it to the toilet, manufacturers should supply these, I'd happily pay a few extra pounds.It's now perfect and is making my parent's lives much easier, I wish we had bought one a long time ago.

I am new to the world of disability aids, and having ordered several from Amazon recently, am very impressed by them all. I had got to the stage where I found getting off the toilet and in and out of the bath difficult. I had been clinging to the sink, but was afraid to break it. Saw this and decided to try it. I am amazed how strong and firm it is. It is easily assembled in moments by clicking the two central bars together. The arms form a firm support while on the toilet. I felt secure and almost regal sitting up with my elbows resting on the cross bars. Lifting myself up by pressing down with both palms was the easiest and least painful way to rise up than I had done in months. I am otherwise fit and mobile, for elderly and shaky people the tip offered by another reviewer, to lash a pole behind the toilet seat might be a good idea, as pressing down with just one hand can make it wobble a bit, although it can't fall over as the front bars are under the bowl. Once the technique of 'both palms down together and push up with equal weight on both' has been understood, it is a wonderfully easy way to descend and ascend from the toilet.I thought i would try it for getting in and out of the bath, and it is very good at providing handgrips for that too. In fact, it is very versatile. I think would be a very good thing to put around a dining chair to provide arms and stability for someone to get up and down, as well as turning an armless chair into a temporary armchair.It looks clean and attractive, is strong, can be used in many places as well as just around the toilet, and wonderfully good value. A great product.

This is the second one we have like this. The first was provided by the council. It is easy to put together and helps my mother, 86 years old, not to fall over and to get up and down while on the toilet.
