Can the fake bird be removed from the roof?

This item is not wicker. It is ceramic. Mine arrived with a broken bird on the roof. Removing would leave a white patch. Effectively no is the answer

Can it be hung on wall?

Yes it can be hung on a wall or fence. I have mine hung on my fence. I am very pleased with it it blends in well.

Can it be opened for cleaning?

It has a bit at thr back to open to put stuff in you cpuld easily clean it from there we bought it for a family member as a present so cant remember if the top lift or not.
