I have read horror stories about these types of tablets in the past, but trust the 'Imedeen' brand so thought it would be interesting to try. I noticed a slight difference in my skin in the lead up to my holiday, but doubt anyone else would have. However on holiday I definitely tanned better than I ever have before and with a more golden colour as well. As anyone who has ever been to Lanzarote knows, there is a constant breeze, which gives a false sense of not catching the sun, as much as you actually are doing.I continued using this product on holiday, and I'm sure my skin has benefited greatly.
