The first example of this sturdy, attractive key rack arrived with asymmetric holes, which looked odd and unattractive. This, however, was quickly sorted out by the seller: after photos sent, showing the manufacturing problem, they quickly and cheerfully sent a replacement.The rack is really rather magnificent! It is quite bucolic in its appearance and tips a strong nod to my native Scotland. It is a lovely decorative piece at the same time as being practical and substantial - not at all flimsy, though I would take care not to drop it on a hard floor, and is excellent value for money. Strongly recommend both seller and product!

Excellent product but no screws included with it so a pain having the go out and buy some.Why not just add 10 pence on the price and provide them.

It is smaller than we expected, although checking against the advert, it's correct. The casting is not very well finished with a lot of foundry flash

1st one arrived damaged but that was obviously damaged in transit, a replacement was sent out to us and this was just what we wanted, goes perfect where we wanted it

This is an amazing product. I bought it as a hook to go on the back of my bedroom door for my dressing gowns. It’s a super quality product! I was that impressed that I have ordered more for my downstairs cloakroom. Can’t recommend enough!!
