For suturing, this is a neat variation on the traditional forceps/claps used when trying off the knots. I had to do a couple of minor tweaks to get the jaws to grasp how I wanted them to, but it is nice to be able to tie and then trim without changing tools.

Its cutting scissor part is not functional.

the quality isn't that good, even poor, really dirty and not function well, but it's cheep and left-hand friendly, also it's rare to find a grip style with scissor, overall, it WILL NOT KILL! I have to adjusted and sharped by myself, thankfully I'm a handyman.NOT RECOMMEND!

The lock in place is actually pretty difficult to open with one hand. It slows down the procedure when you have to fiddle with opening the clamp
