Philips AVENT Natural Teat (New born, Pack of 6)

If you buy this you most likely have avent bottles- I bought those to have #1 teats for the 260ml bottles that came in a set of 2 small + 2 large bottles as the large Ines came with #2 teats that my daughter wasn't ready for yet. They came in a sturdy packaging so you know there wasn't any chance of prior damage or exposure to dirt, of course still was and sterilise before use, but nice to see them in a highly protective case. Very good teats, glow is nice and slow, ideal for gulping babies!

I've given 5 stars as these are great bottle teats. But take care on which teat size you order. At the moment it states 'Medium' (size 3) on the main image... but when you click into it to make the order it changes to show that these teats are 'Newborn' (size 1). I guess this is potentially due to stock issues (ie: I assume they usually have lots of sizes in stock so you can choose which you need... but when they're only one size available and it's different from the main screen it's confusing).

Always used avent bottles for my kids, this new design are just as good and am so glad they’ve got rid of those ridiculous rings that had to be fitted in the old bottles.

The Product itself was good. however I was sent Medium size teats for the newborn ones i ordered. I however Retained it and planned to use it when my baby is ready for it!

I haven’t actually opened them yet, but these teats I’ve had before, and they don’t spray milk into his mouth. He is able to drink at his own pace and take breaks like he does on the breast.

My son, like most babies, uses a bottle from time to time! As new parents, we got all different sizes of nipples assuming that he would start at the newborn size and work his way up, newborn, then size 1 then size 2 etc etc. However, that is not the case.. Our son born october started with a size 1. Any other size he would spit out or sound like he was choking from the milk shooting into the back of his throat. 6 months later, he is still using.. size 1. The doctor states that whatever size they are comfortable with is the size they will stick with. It was explained that the ducts on mom's nipple dont get any bigger so why should the nipples you put on a bottle. Made sense to us. Now these nipples, we've tried a few different brands and these Avent ones were the ones that our son decided on. Had nothing to do with the fact that we liked them. We got various nipples and bottles and used the ones he didnt spit up as much with, and immediately latched on. for the dads out there that will need to feed while the breastfeeding mom is at work or sleeping, make sure you take the time to find a nipple/bottle that works! I would have my son write this review as he uses these nipples frequently but I fear for the life of my keyboard as he likes sucking on these nipples.... and everything else!

Ci siamo trovati bene in ospedale con queste tettarella e provate anche altre siamo tornati a queste per il flusso limitato adatto alla poppata di nostra figlia. Penso che sia comunque soggettivo in base al modo di mangiare del bambino. Attenzione appena scaldato il latte il getto tende ad essere uno spruzzo, capovolgere un paio di volte prima di dare al bimbo/a

Ottimo prodotto! Io uso solo avent, l’ho usato per mia figlia che adesso ha 17 anni e per la mia piccolina che adesso a 7 mesi, niente problemi di coliche e nessuno problema al palato, problema che sorge quando le tettarelle sono dure o a ciliegia...
