Pleased with this product.Looks good, details correctly printed, good value and looks good….not at all tacky as I had perhaps thought.Only small criticism would be that some of the corners are a little sharp….resulting in a nasty scratch when I inadvertently caught their arm.Other than that, very pleased.

To buy a similar bracelet from the websites that specialise in medical jewellery is around £30-£40.For £12.99 with free engraving I wasn’t sure what to expect in the way of quality. I was very pleasantly surprised. Really well made and sturdy, the engraving is very clear too.The postage was very quick considering that it had to be engraved and posted overseas.I have had similar items from the specialist retailers in the past but this is by far the best medical bracelet I have owned.Very happy thank you

So I have a heart condition and decided I needed a medical bracelet, this looked pretty and allowed for more words than most other ones on here.I got it because it’s adjustable as well, but it is the most frustrating bracelet to adjust and I don’t recommend it. Undoing the clasp itself is fiddly and the instructions aren’t clear. After getting that done, closing the clasp is so difficult that the only way I could do it was by using a hard object to hit it into place. But, the clasp hadn’t been aligned right or something cause even after adjusting it the clasp wouldn’t stay… but how am I supposed to align it right when it moves around when I try to close the clasp. And in the end the clasp fell off and I couldn’t get it back on so I threw it away.Don’t recommend, horrible bracelet

My bracelet is black with white font and looks good. It’s not at all bulky. The engraving on front and back is clear and there is plenty of space for my name, ICE number and Meds. I have four lines on the front and same on the back. The Font size is perfect. As others have said the accompanying instructions for adjusting the strap are tiny but buyers should refer back to the amazon product details for photo instructions (which can be enlarged) and a helpful video. Follow the instructions and it isn’t difficult to adjust the band size. Many watch bracelets have a similar design.

Well made product, simple and effective. Bracelet strap similar to watch straps of the same design, clasp a bit fiddly - but once done a few times securing is easy. Clasp position simple to amend. Comfortable to wear.
