Q: I read all the reviews, so I purchased it. Being visually impaired I can not read the directions on bottle. Please explain how to use .Thanks

Per the label instructions...it should be diluted before use, the dilution schedule is on label, and then sprayed on "cleans everything washable, spray on wipe off"

Q: Can you use this on rust on carpet?

very happy with the purchase , the product is AWESOME no kidding ;)) i use it on many many surfaces and work exellent .Try it ! is not expensive and you will be glad you did .

Q: Can this be used safely on cooking surfaces? (for example, a grill)

I use mine to clean my kitchen. I have never cleaned a grill with it.
