Redber Colombia Excelso Huila, Green Coffee Beans (1kg)

These are seriously good beans for the price point and are more even in size than some others I have purchased through Amazon. They deliver a robust yet smooth flavour when I roast them to just before second crack. I will certainly buy these again.

Nice flavour can’t really criticise the flavour as it really dependant on how you roast them. But nice quality beans the tasting notes I got were bright acidity chocolate and nutty undertones.

Great quality beans roasted really nicely and great flavour

Arrived a little slower than I expected, but in good condition. East to roast - medium/dark seems to work best for me. I'm roasting at home in a saucepan, and this works out at about the same price as supermarket coffee beans - but is a lot more fun, and incredibly more tasty.

Not sure why but the small pack for trying was great and so ordered the large pack but for some reason these were different, didn't taste the same and were very weak flavoured (tried altering the roasting times by 1 minute at a time which didn't improve the flavour - just got more bitter/burnt taste).

You can't beat these beans for the price, make an excellent full flavoured dark roast.

Unable to comment on how good the brand are as they are used with a roaster. Roaster received on 2nd July and sti!l not operational.
