UPDATE 17th Nov 2018: I decided to use a descaler on the lance. I poured some through all nozzles and left it for quite a while. 1-2 hours. Rinsed it through with hot water. Then ran hot water through the pressure washer from the bottle. It's worked and it's now working well again. I thought it was a product failure and it's not so put rating back to a 5. UPDATE 10TH NOV 2018: well 5 months later and a handful of uses the lance has failed. Obviously not built to last. Some air leak as just chucking out liquid. I've always made sure I washed the lance through with water after use so no agents were left in it. P***ed off. My journey to find a decent lance continues.... Rating changed to a 2. Original review : This is a two part review as there's the lance and the snow foam. So starting with the lance.... I have used 2 lances before, both from Sam's Detailing/i6auto, which are a very similar price to this and I have to say this pro-kleen one is so much better. Straight away you can see it is better quality. It's a lot sturdier and the design is a lot better. The sam's detailing one had some cheaper connections that just broke. This lance worked a treat. I opened the top valve a quarter turn and that was enough to give a nice thick foam. Adjusting the spray worked well too and i was able to cover the car quickly and easy. What I will say is this lance seems to go through the contents of the bottle very quickly. I made up 800ml in the bottle as with previous lances 1000ml was too much. The 800ml was just enough to do the whole car (an average size saloon). So I will make up 1000ml next time. But in short, very pleased with the lance. Highly recommended. So the foam then.... I mixed as per the instructions: 1 part to 3 parts water. This produced a nice thick foam tht covered the car well. This is thicker than foams I've used in the past (but might be because of the better pro-kleen lance) but not as clingy as say Angel Wax fast foam. Seemed to do an ok job at lossening dirt. But probably not the best foam i've used. That said, I will happily use it again as it offers good value. If you're expecting the car to look gleaming from just a snow foam you're a fool. It's a pre wash stage. That said, living in the country I often use it as a quick wash to remove the worst of it without getting my hands dirty. So if you want a nice thick foam that looks cool, and does a reasonable job relative to cost as you're mearly using this as a prewash, then this ticks the boxes. In short, excellent lance, pretty good foam offering good value for money.

So, I have only used this once so far, but here are my initial thoughts. I think it will take a few tries to get the consistency right, not only can you alter the amount of concentrate you use, but you can also change the amount of air. When I used it, the foam went on well, but it started to slide off almost immediately. On the roof, where the foam stayed put, I ended up with a lovely finish. The roof hasn't been that clean and shiny in ages. So it gives me hope that when I get the settings right, it will stay on for longer and do it's job. My car was extremely filthy, so it had it's work cut out, even though I rinsed it first. Maybe on a less dirty car, it may stick better without a pre-rinse. Once I'd covered the car and waited 5 minutes I rubbed it with a clean sponge. It is a very waxy mix, and it didn't seem as much hard work as with ordinary shampoos. The overall result was good, but I have high hopes it can be better. Tips: 1) If you have a funnel for putting the mix into the bottle, that will help. 2) Put the water in the bottle first, then the concentrate, otherwise it foams up before all the water is in. 3) I have a K4 and it was a bit tricky getting the fitting on the washer's handle, even though it looked the same. I took the bottle part off, then put the end on a cushioned but firm surface, and pushed down with the handle. It went in no problem this way, just needed a nudge. Then just screwed on the bottle.

Have waited for a few washes to leave a review. Snow cannon works well, just remember to rinse it through with water only after using (and then leave to dry). Snowfoam comes out good and thick. I use it 50/50. Doesn't exactly lift the dirt away as videos may say but after rinsing off and washing normally I'd say it had really lifted the shine in metallic paint compare to just a normal wash with a good car shampoo and a microfiber mitt. Not so noticeable on a white car but helps clear dirt and grime. Would buy again

Living on a very dusty building site and having Salisbury Plain literally on my doorstep, which I use for my dogs, daily, I have gotten sick of paying £10 a pop, per week for someone to clean my car for me. I have attempted to clean my car at home before but have ended up with smears and a lack of shine. After some research I have purchased three items, these being two of them for my new regime, it cost me about £55 for them all but the savings in the long term will be substantial. I decided that I was going to use the foam lance with cleaner foam and another product which is towels, (another review) (Ensure your power washer is compatible with the lance). I could spend ages talking a load about this and that but I'm going to upload some pictures and let them do the talking. The end result is as expected and as advertised, the car shines it cleans and the foam solution really foams up great. The lance works great and the foam smells fantastic. If you follow the instructions and other peoples reviews then your results will be as spectacular. Five stars to all three products

After a few months finally got around to using this. Instructions are nice and clear and it's simple to fill the bottle. One thing to note is that I found the bayonet fitting to be a bit snug on my Karcher pressure washer. At first I thought it was the wrong size but when I compared it with the other accessories everything looked to be about the right size. A bit of persistence and some extra oomph and I managed to get it to fit. The foam it produces isn't the thick "iced cake" I was expecting, but it's persistent enough to stay in place and allow a rub over with a microfibre cloth to shift stubborn dirt like bird droppings. Overall I'm very pleased - the 4* for ease of use is because it was a bit tricky to attach to the pressure washer but once on it worked perfectly. Thoroughly recommended.

I'm useless at storing things so couldn't find my snow foam lance or even my huge bottle of snow foam so thought I'd give this a go. The lance fit my K3 perfectly and works very well. It covered my car with a nice thick layer of foam. I mixed 25% with warm water. The foam, unfortunately, is terrible at cleaning. I've used other brands before where using snow foam gets the car fairly clean. This snow foam, however, barely removed any dirt. My car is black so I've tried to take a picture showing how filthy the car still is on the door as it's drying and on the window. No snow foam is perfect, waterless washing is miles better than all snow foams, but this foam was very poor and just spraying the car with my jetwash would have given the same desired effect. Smells good though (as pointless as that is).
