Easy to understand
The book is easy to understand with rules that are easy to remember. The examples provided are our day to day experiences that one would remember to apply the rules of making connections.

Well crafted
I consider It factor a 5 star read. It was easy to understand the concepts because they made sense. I had not thought of a number of them myself however as I read them I could see how using them would make a difference to my communication and open opportunities for me.

Wiskup does it again
Wiskup's first book, Presentation S.O.S., was a great read on how to immediately improve deliverables to be effective, efficient, and to the point. It taught me the difference between talking and communicating. The IT Factor further expands on these principles developed (and put in practice) to show you, through useful examples (not boring statistics), of situations where someone lacked "the IT factor". It exhibits, through illustrative, easy to understand examples that are direct and to the point, why this factor is so important to have.Another reviewer actually slammed Wiskup for his NON-use of statistics, numbers, and research. I would have droned off to sleep reading a book full of this. This person doesn't have the IT factor. This book is an absolute must have for anyone who wants a leg up on their competition. Wiskup focuses on the finer points that most speakers, sales coaches, and other professionals, simply miss. Wiskup has the IT factor, and if you read this book, you will be on your way, too.

Powerful communication secrets
This is a great read on communication for anyone looking to step up at work or make an impact as a sales person. We are not taugh these secrets in school or university or even in the home, as they seem so obvious. They are not, and even if you are a great networker this is a great way to challenge your skills. There is a lot of thorough exercises included in the book, to dos in order to achieve the best results.

Excellent introduction to the IT Factor!
Overall was an interesting read. If looking to improve content, I feel could have expanded on and included more real life examples.
