Great product. Perfect customer service.
I got this mp3 player for my Dad (70's) because he likes to swim in the morning at the gym. He spends hours in the pool and he states that this player combined with the ear buds are the best in terms of audio quality. Its easy to use because its just drag and drop mp3's and press play. I highly suggest getting this product if you want something that is straight forward, works well, and simple to use. This is for people that don't need spotify, youtube music, tidal, or other streaming services so getting a mp3 player that is easy to use while preserving audio quality pays for itself. This player is very intentional in is purpose and format.I wrote this review because I wanted to highlight how awesome the warranty and customer service is. My dad had damaged the player (he swims every day and the usb port had a small hole in it) and the customer service with this company was phenomenal. The warranty is a year and to be honest I probably would have bought another device through them. With the amount of time my dad spends in the pool the wear and tear can get rough. The customer service was so communicative and fast to respond. They honored the warranty immediately and replaced my dads product. They were also super nice about everything too (sent me tracking numbers right away).Although there are probably products that might have more utility and modernized then this one, I think there is strong value here in this particular player in regards to its simplicity, audio quality, and customer service.

Great headphones
I previously had the previous version ( until the battery finally died ). These are a great improvement. The sound quality is surprisingly good with lots more bass, richness and plenty volume. Charging no longer requires you to unplug the headphones. The buttons now have ridges on them so you can feel the controls. I like the automatic reconnect with bluetooth. Because the unit is separate from the headphones, can easily adjust it to be above water ( especially when swimming with a snorkel ). The BT will immediately cut when submerged ever so slightly, which is expected as NO signal travels in water... the ad claiming a few inches is misleading. Overall a great product, I swim with this unit every day.

Better than nothing.....almost
Clunky technology, entirely unreliable, difficult to get music on the device and manage it once you get it on. The player constantly skips in the middle of songs, shuts down in the middle of a lap, and is difficult to charge. I have been using it for four months and it remains consistently disappointing. If you are thinking customer service should be able to help, stop fooling yourself. There is basically no customer service.

Great for music in the pool
I LOVE having music in the pool, and it was easy to transfer tons of songs. It doesn’t hold charge well, so I do need to recharge after each use (I may have 50% left after an hour, but by the next day it will be 25%). I also struggle with the buttoS and so turn it on before putting it on. That’s fine. Sound is fantastic, clips easily to my goggles. Happy to have it.

Good audio, but deceptive feature description - NO PLAYLIST+
The audio quality is pretty good. Bluetooth cuts off if the base unit gets even an inch or so under water. Getting it positioned properly on the swim goggles is a bit of a hassle, but works well enough. However the app (called H2O Audio) fails to recognize the device, which seems to be a universal experience per the appstore reviews. The prodict description says this features Playlist+, a geature that allows saving anything you are streaming via bluetooth to the device for offline use (great for swimming). However, contrary to the claim, this model (Stream 3) does not have the Playlist+ feature. This deceptive description needs to be removed from the listing.

Great sound while swimming
I found this a little.confusing to.get started but the customer service is excellent and they soon got me straightened out. It's very simple when you know the steps. The sound is incredible. It comes with in- ear headphones but that didn't work for me: I thought the sound was not good & water got in my ears. I have custom-made earplugs that I normally use. So I ordered the bone conducting headphones. They are normally $60 but found them on sale for $30. I' m extremely pleased with the player & headphones.

Doesn't download Spotify playlists
You cannot download playlists from streaming services to this device. When you connect it to your phone it mimics a bluetooth headphone and records whatever your phone plays (not sure how that is not a copyright violation). If your playlist is 2 hours long you have to let it play for 2 hours. so you can't do anything else on the phone that has audio while you are "downloading". The playlist becomes a single file so you cannot skip or repeat songs. There are also random spots in the file that have brief skips. Loading music on it for swimming is a major hassle.Battery life is unpredictable. The night before my last swim it was at 100%. When I started the swim it was at 75%. After an hour I was getting a low battery warning (repeats ever 60 seconds or so). The previous swim it started at 100% and was still at 100% after an hour and a half.Buttons are not easy to use one handed when it is on the back of my goggles.Headphone cord barely reaches to my ears and none of the tips are comfortable. The jack has a foam collar that is about an inch long so I can't use my old swim headphones because they have a 90 degree plug.I curse this thing every time I use it.
