I don’t understand the negative reviews, these are the strongest magnets I’ve seen in a product like this. My cats actually struggle to go through it lol. Good quality product, the Velcro seems good and strong, easy to apply, we’ll see how long it lasts. I have to mention that I thoroughly cleaned and degreased the door frame before because of course the Velcro will not stay in place if there’s debris and dirt on the frame. So far, very pleased with the product.

Very good quality simple and easy to fit, Only issue I found was the length. They were about 50 mm (2 inch) too long. So I had to roll up the bottom and use safety pins to allow them not to drag.

I have had insect screens before for one side of a pair of French doors as I have a mosquito problem. This is the best screen I have bought. There are more magnetic closures which are longer in length than the previous screen, and these are 'properly' stitched into the seams, not just attached with plastic 'cages'. This means the seal is more effective when closed. Again, the seams appear to be made of some sort of cotton-containing material, not just nylon, and I think this also helps the closure, and will mean this screen lasts longer than my previous screen. You have to apply the velcro to the screen yourself, but this was very easy to do and means you can adjust the panels to the exact size of your door. It allowed me to put a little gather in both panels so the whole screen fits perfectly and is still symmetrical. I also liked the bit of detailing in the design at the top of the screen. The item was sent quickly and efficiently, but I did not open the box for about 2 months as I was dreading putting it up. In fact it was so easy to do, and the screen is so effective I wish I had done it straight away. This screen may be a bit more expensive than some of the others, but in my opinion it is worth the extra money as you can easily adjust it so it fits perfectly, and the materials including the magnetic closures are of a better quality than the cheaper ones which I have bought in the past.

Since it is what passes for summer in the UK, we tend to have our back door open, to keep things cool and to enable our ginormous Newfypoo dog to come and go into the garden. Unfortunately, that also means that plenty of flies can come and go, and they did. Exasperated with lots of flies in the house, I decided to try this screen. It is fairly straightforward to fit, if a bit of a challenge fitting adhesive strips. However, once fitted it banishes all flies and after 15 minutes it was fitted. We and the ginormous Newfypoo can now come and go, by virtue of the magnetic curtain. So, we are happy bunnies.

I am so pleased with this door curtain. I ordered this because the one I have been using for the past few years was ripped and way past it’s best. I tried to buy another the same as the one I had ( which had come from The Range) but they didn’t have them. I looked at the reviews on Amazon and chose this one - and I’m so glad I did. This curtain has the soft side of the Velcro already stitched onto it, so you only have to stick the “hooky side” on the door frame, so it is really easy to put up. The magnets close together nicely and there are lots of them, so the curtain doesn’t gap at all. The most important thing is that after 2 months, the curtain hasn’t needed any attention at all. It is hanging in my conservatory, which gets very hot, and with my old curtain I was forever having to replace the Velcro because it would peel off, but the stuff that comes with this is fantastic and it hasn’t budged at all. I would highly recommend this door curtain to anyone, it is great value and well made.
