I have received this lovely waist trainer today.Size- be honest with yourself and order your exact size- I ordered XL yes I could have ordered one size smaller Large but what is the point in buying something that's going to make you suffocate ? Uncomfortable - I wore my waist trainer and I actually took pictures - It fits perfect - it supports your back and does keep your body tight - I mean the kind of tight where you can breath and feel supported (ready for the gym and working out) It is exactly what it states and I assure you it won't be a dissatisfaction ( just don't lie to to yourself and get a size smaller or a size bigger) buy your exact size and work out!ITS NOT MEANT TO BE A FASHION SHOWMay I just state to those who have left comments and said oh I can't wear this or that ? I have a question for you .. Do you dress up and go into the shower .. The answer is no ! So why would you wear this under your daily clothes??By the way - the design and the effort that has been put in to create this magical piece. I have one word for you - WINNING!! I love how it's made - you can tell much thought have been put in - and it isn't like other waist trainers where you think your working for the moulin rouge haha!The support of the back - the way it supports your body. You can 100% tell the difference soon as you put it on - honestly - ( you'll hear a voice saying .. Girl you alive now sister * in a southern American accent * haha ) anyways ..If you buy this - and you honestly want to make a difference and go gym and work out and eat right .. This is the one !If you work and are busy and gained weight like me and you need something to motivate you and make you feel right and support your body as you are in the gym or working out at home .. For nothing if I didn't mean what I said and I am doing this as a costumer who has paid this with her own money.Anyone looking at this and read ALL the other reviews like me and was in fear because some people talk nonsense and ordered the wrong size and moan ? I ordered this product in an XL after reading the reviews and seeing people who claimed to be a UK size 16 had ordered an XL and it fit perfectly. Initially I had wanted to order a L. I've had the trainer for a week now and I like the product, however I don't think I will get much more use out of it as it is a little too big. If I were to make it any tighter the velcro would not stick. Should not have read the views I would have been better off with the L and its unlikely I would be able to exchange it now.About the actual product, I really like it. I like the support it offers at the back and it is quite comfortable. In just a week of casual wear I have noticed a difference in the shape and definition of my waist area.

Excellent quality, it just doesn't tigh enough, I used the most tigh option and I wish i could tighten it more. I also ordered a waist trainer of this brand in L as well, and this didnt happened with that one, that one is super thigh, its only this one that didn't fit as expected :(Unfortunately i cannot bother tp send it back as im moving out of the country.

I have two waist trainers from this company. One for the gym, and other to wear casually home and outside. All i can say, the best buy. It is very comfortable. I have lost 3 inches from waist in 2 weeks time. Excercise, healthy diet and my wearing my waist trimmers. The quality is great. I love it and will be recmmending to my friends and colleagues. It helps me with my back pain and helps me keep my posture straight. I am on now 2nd hook. Hip hip hurray 💯💯❤️❤️❤️

I got this just for my back pain to be honest, after reading steel framed ones can be good for posture and back support.I screwed my back up on a trampoline 13 years ago, and every day since I've had constant back pain, sometimes I take codrydamol or cocodamol for it.I work in fast food so when I first got this, I put it on for an hour in the morning at work, and took it off for dinner time.After about a week of use I noticed a drastic change. For the first time in 13 YEARS I COULD TOUCH MY TOES and my knees weren't bent either. I could lift things, bend over, twist, it's awesome.The side effect (although this will be its main selling point actually) is that it sucks your figure in and over time gives you more of an hourglass figure. This to me doesn't matter - I'm thin. But I guess for the bigger girls it might be a bonus.

Still undecided on this...think I need to try it for longer and measure my waist before I can say if it helps.In terms of the product....is well made and seems pretty strong. I'm a size 12 and ordered a L but think I should have gone with a M. I work it for work a couple of times but depending on your job it's not that's comfortable. It's ok when standing but driving is a no no. I really struggled and had to take it off. I'm yet to wear it for the gym which I think is the main use of this belt. I wanted one to go under clothes but this isn't the correct belt for that. It's fine if you are wearing loose clothing but if it's something fitted....it wouldn't work. The belts pretty chunky especially at the front so you'd see it a mile off. I'm going to stick with this for the gym but probably try a different one to smooth the bumps under fitted clothes

My measurement was 33” so ordered the large. It is a little too big for the first main wrap but really doesn’t matter, as the second wrap you can use to make the belt tighter works brilliantly!I feel so supported in it and feel comfortable to wear it all day in and out the house and while training. I wanted something that could hold my stomach in and give me good posture and it does just that!
