utter waste product
today i got the machine, open it and arranged bucket and half full of water without clothes to see how it works. then when i switched on the power it rotated one clockwise direction and one anticlockwise direction and stopped rotating. thereafter it is not working. i am ashamed off before my family members giving hype about the product and now i cannot give any answer to them. dont sale such items. now while i am trying to return the item the message "the product is not eligible for return". i lost rs. 500/- for the product.

I don't like because the size is of not mentioned and the material is very small so that we can't able to wash the shirts and pants which is not at all used.

Product worked only one day and later it's not working and their is no replacement option available just waste of money

Good utility product
It functions well for light weight garments. Used it for about a month. However stopped functioning yesterday. Couldn't resist opening it up. 1. Some thread wrapped around the spindle. 2. Found one of the connecting wires to motor hanging aside. Fealt sorry for self. Can the KD help for replacement. I can purchase 2more together with replacement. Cheers!
