Dried Hibiscus Flowers won't ever really go “bad” but it can get stale, it remains as fresh as possible, if stored properly i.e. sealed container, can last up to 1- 2 years subject to how much you use/ how many drinks you make from your pack of dried Hibiscus Flowers per day. On average I buy 1 packs of 1kg each year.

Can this be used for hair ?

I’ve NO idea... it’s a cooking ingredient. Perhaps mr google might know!
