Great for adding Olympic weights to a weight stack
I already had Olympic weights and was looking for a way to add weight to my old cable pull-down machine. This was the perfect item for what I needed. Installation was easy. Just insert into your machine's weight stack and rotate a quarter turn to lock in. I was able to add two 25lb. and four 10lb. plates for a total of 90lbs. I was worried about the stability of this so I took it slow and initially added one plate at a time. I've been using this for the past 6 weeks with no issues, mainly performing lat pulldowns, seated rows, upright rows, and tricep pulldowns with my old pulldown station.

I'm returning it...
Low quality rubberized injection molded plastic... in order to actually fasten it securely, the set screw will deform the plastic from the pressure required, and keep the plates from seating all the way. No thanks
