Absolutely not worth it. I'd even go as far to say possibly not the same product pictured as it doesn't have the tag at the bottom on the front that appears in most of the pictures - see my picture for comparison. If you look at the pictures and assume that you're getting something firm and supportive, you're wrong. This is a glorified pillow and does NOTHING to support the lower back. I require lumbar support while sitting but the only way I actually get any from this product is by folding in the two "arms" and leaning on them. I abandoned it after 2 uses and if I'd had the time to deal with a return I'd have sent it back without hesitation.

The pillow fills up about 3/4 of the pillow case so the pillow itself never hold's it's shape. How can it support my back when it can't support itself.

This is not comfortable, at all it's not at all the right shape, I would not recommend it to anyone. If I could send it back I would but it was for my mum so we were to late by 4 days.

I ordered this cushion to support my lumbar spine And that’s what it’s been doing since it has arrived. Very comfortable and supportive to lower back pain. It has a smooth velvety texture which makes it feel more cosy and soft to touch. It support the lower back fully as the lumbar area is fuller and thicker and now i can sit and work without feeling pain in lower back area.commendable and Excellent! 👍
