I bought this coat for my daughter.I like how this coat keeps my daughter warm all day at school. It not too thin or too bulky. Its very soft and comfortable. I also like that the color of the coat falls within my daughter's school dress code.

This is a nice quality item and the sizing is perfect. I ordered a size up so it would fit over top of sweatshirts. It's nice and fuzzy and very good quality.

The media could not be loaded. First let me say that my daughter absolutely loves this jacket! It is so soft! She put it on the moment it arrived, 102 temperature outside be damned, and refused to take it off the rest of the day. Fast forward to me picking her up from summer camp - y’all she looked like a navy yeti! Her white tank top was no longer white. I almost wrote the shirt off then and there but since it is one of her favorites I decided to at least attempt to save it. I tried a lint roller but that was ok at best. The method that worked best was basically treating the shirt like a hairy leg and the lint roller sheets like they were wax strips. Having successfully averted that crisis, I decided to try and tackle the jacket itself in an attempt to avoid this happening again. Do I think it helped? Yes. Did it suck horribly? Absolutely! I spent an hour and a half de-shedding the jacket. I started with a silicone scalp brush (because that is all I could think of at the time) and it worked ok but man oh man was it time consuming. Next, I decided to try our dog brush. It worked so much better!! (see comparison video) after all was said and done, I got a ton of fuzz off of the jacket (see picture) but I have a feeling that it will continue to shed until it has been through the wash a few times.In conclusion, if you buy this jacket be prepared to either 1) deal with it shedding all over your kiddos clothes or 2) the time consuming process of de-shedding it first.
