Product fine but needs hard to find adaptor
Supplied with a German plug and no adaptor. Eventually, after a half day search, found a suitable adaptor at Maplin. Otherwise, fine and simple to use. Would have given 5 stars if UK plug or adaptor had been supplied with product.

Nice until something goes wrong
It doesn't keep the water temperature and it's impossible to find a way to get some help or fix it, you basically spend £500+ hoping that everything runs smoothly forever.. save your money and avoid at all cost.

expensive mistake
I bought a similar product and returned it as I could not make it work. No refund. Nothing but abuse from the retailer. I would keep away from this product line as my experience has been disastrous.
