I usually buy white vinegar. Last time I paid 80p for half a litre in Sainsbury's. What is the difference between that and yours at at £4.29?

At 80p you are still paying far too much. First of all, re-use an old spray bottle (free), then get 500ml of white vinegar for 29p. Job done. 5% acidic.

can I use this to clean the rubber washing machine rim?

Yes - but let it dwell for 5 mins before wiping off. Gives the acid chance to work on the limescale deposits and other gunk that collects there.

Can I use it to remove food smell on a fabric couch?

I wouldn’t use vinegar as may discolour but I do use bicarbonate of soda which is great at getting unwanted smells out. Just sprinkle on and leave for about 15 minutes or over night and vacuum it up. I find this works. I find vinegar works on pet smells on hard floors
