Bought to keep the little one out of cupboard with chemicals and sugar snacks. They were easy to install and the lock was very secure. It came with two magnetic keys just incase you lost one. They are very sturdy and deterred my little one from trying to get in the cupboards. The size is great, small and not very intrusive.

One of the best thought out products I've used for a long time. Easy to install and disable when not being used. Perfect for grandparents who don't want to have the inconvenience of having their cupboards always locked as you can disable at any time. Easy to open when needed and immediately locks when needed.

We have a 6 year old and a 2 year old. Our 6 year old has recently started to "make breakfast" for the youngest !! A delightful thought of course.... But we don't like him in the kitchen alone (especially after he fed raisins to our dog the other morning, leading to an expensive emergency vet visit .... the dog is fine by the way !) So I was looking for a door locking system of some sort, to secure the kitchen cupboards (and the high ones with the nasty stuff in, as he can climb pretty well now too !!) I spotted these and they had good reviews, so thought I'd give them a go. They work very well - I have to say. They appear a little flimsy, but once in place, they 'lock' the doors well enough that you won't open them without considerable effort and noise. I wouldn't say they are child-proof, but they are certainly child-resistant ! The mechanism is released using a magnet, which is actually really neat & works well. The instructions for fitting are not easy to follow in written form, and the devices themselves are not intuitive when you first look at them. But there's an excellent video they've put on YouTube (and sent a link to by email) which demonstrates it well. Once you've done one or two, the rest go on in 60 seconds each - and it becomes quite simple to do. I used all 10 on various kitchen doors, and they took me about 30 mins in total, including time to figure out how to do it well. If I did it again, I could probably fit them in 10-15 mins. Only downside, once I figured out how to fit them, is that you can't necessarily fit them to all types of door. They also won't work on drawers or similar due to their design (which gets wide at the base). This isn't a criticism as it's not what they're designed to do. But something worth pointing out just in case. I tried to fit one to our integrated kitchen fridge, but there's not enough space between the concealed fridge door & the cabinet door, to allow the clip to be placed (it's only about 5mm wide, and the clip base is wider) - so I will need a different solution to prevent easy access to the fridge. But overall, a good quality product & very good value for money.

These are brilliant and baby-proof. The best thing about them is that you can't see them when they're fitted and you don't have to drill holes in things - they just stick. You can either leave them unlocked or so that they re-lock every time you close the doors. The magnet opening fob unlocks them instantly and the guide stickers you put on the front of the doors to remember where to use the fob are really handy. Can be a little tricky to get the positioning right when setting the template up, but when they're on they're great. My 2 year old has never managed to pull on a door hard enough to rip one off - as soon as she realises the door doesn't open she gives up trying.

Easy to install and easy to use, very secure even if you do not screw them in, but do screw them in for maximum security. Be sure to follow installation instructions carefully to make sure what you are closing into your drawers and cupboards does not get in the way.

Great product but keep the magnets safe. They are super easy to install and work very well.

The toddler is on the move and so it was time to lock down the kitchen from this small invader. At first I found it hard to work out how to fit these, I didn’t find the instructions particularly useful and the pictures were very small. The locks come with a handy applicator but I just couldn’t figure it out. You best believe that after some swearing and a few failed attempts, I felt a complete fool when I realized that the instructions contained a QR code to a fantastic video, which walks you through it step by step…. Very much user error. When in place there are stickers to remind you where to apply the magnet to open. These are well designed so that once fitted they are discrete. They seem to be good quality and durable enough to withstand a toddler trying to beat them for a snack. They are also so good that they had my husband locked out of the snacks for a while!

For the most part, these are really good, however, after a few weeks of use, frustrations are building, which I will come to shortly. To start with, these were super easy to fit. The super simple alignment tool means each latch took less than 60 seconds to fit. The sticky pads are incredibly strong and fully set after 24 hours - none have come off (even with accidental force) since we fitted them 6 weeks ago. They are easy to use and we quickly got used to reaching for the magnets to open the cupboards & drawers. Also, there are little discrete stickers included that you can use to mark the outside of the drawer where the magnet needs to go to avoid guesswork. The frustration we have is that the magnets come inside a little white mushroom shaped cylinder that is incredibly smooth which has a consistent habit of slipping out of your fingers and crashing to the floor. This splits open the case sending bits of case and the magnet scattering across your kitchen floor. My feedback to the manufacturer is to make the magnet case more grippy please!
