The first comfy pair
These are the first pair of nose clips I have found actually comfortable to wear. The metal atrip means they are more flexible than plastic ones and can be adjusted to my preference, which means they are never too tight or too loose.I use these at least twice a week and for well over 6months now, they are still in good condition, only some discolouration, so clearly built to last. With regular washing after each use (which to be honest I often can't be bothered to do) their life may be extended much further.

Tight but keeps the nostrils closed and water out
I've bought this clip before and can say it is very effective against the effects of reaction with chlorinated water. I used to have a blocked up nose and violent sneezing following a swimming session which would last for several days. The Speedo clip prevented the rhinitis symptoms and reduced the sneezing. It is better than plastic ones just in terms of staying on my nose. It is tight and quite painful so beware if you nose is wide. The pain for me was preferable to the rhinitis effects. I have had two before this. One wore through after about a year, the other I misplaced after use for nearly three years at twice a week. I have bought another different type along side this one to trial for fit, comfort and effectiveness. See my Arena nose clip review. The Speedo clip is value for money as I've found it lasts well for durability and effectiveness.

Massively improved my confidence
I'm not the most confident of swimmers and I often end up inhaling a lot of water, having bouts of coughing and feeling quite uncomfortable in the pool. A swimming instructor recommended I use a nose clip so I thought I'd give it a go. I have never used a nose clip before but thought I couldn't go wrong with a well known brand like Speedo. This nose clip has improved my confidence massively. It is tight fitting and makes it difficult to swallow (suppose that's the whole point of them) but, for an under confident swimmer like me, it has meant that I can concentrate on my swimming rather than always thinking about when I need to inhale and exhale. So far, no coughing episodes and, for the first time in my life, I'm enjoying going to the pool. I've even attempted open water swimming a few times which is something that I would never have dreamed of doing previously.I can't recommend this nose clip enough. May be a more advanced swimmer would find fault with them but I think that they're perfect for a novice.Thank you for reading my review and I hope that you've found it helpful.

Does the job, but not great
Overall it does the job, and you’ll get to the end of the pool with it still on your nose. However it has a tendency to slip, and the rubber bits aren’t quite big enough to fully clip your nose. You’ll find yourself re-adjusting it after every length. Also if you want to dive underwater, the sudden movement may push it off your nose.

Great nose clip
I need to where a nose clip due to an issue with chlorine in the pool, after a lot of trying other brands, this is the best fit and comfortable clip

Instant solution for chlorine sensitivity
I have been hyper-sensitive to chlorine in pools for 20 years, resulting in not being able to sleep at night due to a completely blocked nose, with the effects lasting up to 48 hours. However, assuming I was very unusual, I didn't bother researching it. Then I did.First, a number of posts on swimming forums mention Beconase (nose spray) or similar. That helped, but not massively. Also, it's another chemical entering your body. The mention of a nose clip did not seem to attract much comment. But at a stroke, using this nose clip has made swimming a pleasure again (once you get used to breathing out through your mouth underwater, and not your nose): I know that when I go to bed, I will not have trouble breathing.Noses obviously differ, but for me, this clip fits fine, and stays on for the 40 or so lengths I do, without any slipping during the course of the swim.

Too tight, too small. Very difficult to put on.
Maybe I've got a big nose, but this clip is really too small. It's like trying to put your nose in a mousetrap. Very difficult to get a good seal. If Icould get it on properly, i suspect it would become really painful on no time at all. Really don't like it at all. I'm going to try another manufacturer.

Effective noseclip for sensitive noses
I have the misfortune of getting a terrible runny nose every time I swim in an indoor pool but wearing this nose clip has helped tremendously stop that. It's a lifesaver as I was worried I was going to have to stop swimming but now I can enjoy being in an inddor pool again! Only docking the product one star as it tends to fall off my nose gradually the longer I'm in the pool and so I have to keep readjusting it on my nose. Otherwise a life changing product! :)
