Very good. Macarons come off fairly easily. Sturdy material which protects them from getting warped when moving the sheet onto the baking tray and so on. Makes the process much easier and can get more macarons onto one sheet using this.Not sure if it's dishwasher safe?

Have used it once and it seems very good - no sticking and cleaned very easily. As a novice macaron maker, it would have been useful to have instructions or a recipe card, just to make sure I was using it properly. First batch were too small but second batch looked good! Just need to get the hang of good piping onto the circles!

I've tried making macarons a few times just using baking parchment as it says in many recipes. They always go a bit messy. The macarons I make using this mat, however, are perfect. It's so easy to pipe them onto the circles and for some reason they just rise better on the mat than on any other surface. Very easy to clean too. Would definitely buy again and recommend!

I was really excited to use this - I hate drawing out my templates every time I have to make macarons and I hoped that this would save me time.The templates themselves are brilliant - the 'target' in the centre of each one made my piping far more consistent and there are two sizes (the smallest makes perfect mini macarons) as well as a teddy bear option!What was a shame was the bake of the macarons. Every macaron I have cooked directly on this mat has shrunk on the bottom and been completely hollow. This means that to use the template I still have to use silicon paper on top of the mat - which I had hoped to avoid.

Ordered a few from amazon but then found them cheaper elsewhere online, (country of origin).Perfect for macarons.

Good quality product. Tried doing french macarons on it. They easily came off and the lined circles came very handy.

Tapis de Cuisson parfait pour les gâteaux, en plus très économique par rapport au papier cuisson qu'on jette à chaque utilisation.J'ai essayer des macarons pour la première fois et par miracle ça a marché, des macarons intacte qui n'ont pas collé.J'ai aussi fais du pain à 240°c et le tapis est resté intacte et je pense que c'est la température maximum que peut supporter ce tapis.Pour le lavage, il se lave facilement avec une eau savonneuse et sèche rapidement à l'air libre.Juste une chose NE LE PLIER JAMAIS : soit le laisser sur un plat, soit le rouler comme vous l'avez reçu la première fois.Voilà j'espère que mon commentaire vous sera utile et je vous recommande vivement ce tapi , vous ne serez pas déçu .

Très bon article ! Pour macarons et autres ! Personnellement je l'ai remplacée par mes rouleaux de papier sulfurisé ! Gain d'argent et de place! Je roule mes pâtes dessus enfin bref il ne me quitte plus !
