It mostly does what I want but it has quarks like when recording system sounds you have an option of auto record but when I turn it off I have to check each and every recording because the auto stop seams to cut off before I'm ready so then I ether have to start all over or wind up editing the end. They need to update that so it continues to record manually until user decides to stop the recording.

Not without installation issues
Did not install properly. Corel customer service (CS) attempted to fix problem. Application will not run properly. I found my own workaround. I right click on the application and run as administrator otherwise the application tries to continue installation. The CS representative indicated they had not encountered such a problem. BTW: I am the PC administrator so I shouldn't have to right click to make it work. Not sure I will continue to buy upgrades, older versions worked fine.

Roxio Has the Worst Technical Support
I purchased this three months ago from Amazon and have had nothing but problems with it. The software crashes and freezes up constantly, a lot of the features (Image Stabilization and Extract Audio) don't even work. But the worst part of this is the useless support you get from Roxio/Corel. There is absolutely NO WAY to actually talk to a real technician about the problems. You can use a "chat" line, which is manned by non-technicals giving you the usual "so sorry" pitch. I have opened several tickets to get answers but they only respond with 15% off coupons (for a product that doesn't work-no point). I strongly urge buyers to consider other software from Adobe or Cyberlink and NOT this one!!!
