Ive been using this a week now with the conditioner and combing after a shower, hair is coming out in clumps! Is this normal?? Seems worse to me..

Have you has your thyroid function checked? It might be you have an under active thyroid which has a symptom of hair loss. No shampoo can rectify this

I wouldn't actually recommend this product at all! It made my hair feel very brittle, and after washing, it was difficult to get a brush through. I wouldn't, therefore, recommend it to your daughter. I threw mine away.
