Product is a 4 star but the seller used the headsets and then packed it and resold the item. The packaging was half opened and it was clear that the product was used. Amazon should choose the sellers correctly.About the product - Till now ok for a budget headset. The wire quality is poor. The sound was alright with enough loudness to hide your anxiety. In short buy it if u have a tight budget or u don't like those in ear headphones. But don't buy from Amazon as they are clueless about there sellers. Being such a big group it's normal for Amazon do give 0 attention to their customers.

Having mic issue. Hence call quality is not good, and battery backup is very less. It won't stand long. For 2 hrs of use, it consumed 20%. And audio quality is not good that sometimes for some of the vedeos, it suddenly stops working in one of the speaker.
