What is the eyepiece aperture size, power & outside diameter for eye relief. I may also need 30X, 40X or 50X!

After seeing one for circuit board repair, I had to get it too. Quite impressed with its quality. 10X was good enough, did not even need 20X for this application. I can send you pictures of the eyepiece for details.

I am blind in one eye. Will this microscope work for me?

I think it will. Reason is, I have used my iPhone held over one side to take neat pictures of the stuff I'm working on.

Can I get at least 20X up to perhaps 50X to identify fractures in the tungsten jaws that hold needles to sew up wounds?

The max magnification you can get on this scope is 20X (with 20X eyepieces). We don't have 2X objective lens for this model. You might want to check our boom stand stereoscopes. They are more flexible for your application, and they have higher magnification level as well. An example for you: SM-3TZZ.
