I saw a trichilogist in September 2025, I was diagnosed with psoriasis which wasn’t particularly visible but it was causing hair to not re grow. I changed my hair routine, washing every two days with shampoo to treat the psoriasis and using this hair product morning and evening without fail. After one week, the redness had completely gone. I haven’t itched my scalp for 3 months! I now have tiny hair regrowth all over my scalp and it feels amazing. The density of my hair has improved, I must add that I have also been taking vitamin D, iron and b12 as my levels were low so this has probably also contributed to my hair re growth and zero shedding. Ladies / gents - if you’re unsure, get checked. Get your bloods checked too. It’s all down to inflammation and it’s difficult trying to find the root cause but when you get there it’s worth it. I will always use this product. It’s great and very soothing.

I suffer from psoriasis and find that the steroids that you get from the drs ie betnovate or Symlar is you get an even dryer and more itchy scalp. I was told by my dr that you need to put a moisturiser on top of the steroid to make it more effective. I was putting Averno in my hair to rid my scalp of dryness especially with the sudden drop in temperature. Problem being on me up with brylcreem hair which I hate. I saw this and had read that urea is a good moisturiser all be it a very natural one. Basically it is made from pigs urine which is a waste product from the meat industry so vegans might have a problem with this. Anyway back to the product. First couple of days it started to remove the sticky plugs from my scalp like a deturgent. I know that some fatty products can act as a deturgent. My scalp was calm for a few days but I ran out of Symlar so my scalp isn't great at present. But without Symlar the product is of some use but it isn't a panacea. It needs to be used with a steroid to make it more effective.

The only think that relieves my itch scalp. I can tell when my psoriasis is starting to flare up. Tiny, itchy bumps in my scalp. Eucerin is the only product I have used (non prescription) that relieves the itch and calms my scalp almost instantly. It’s easy to apply and with the nozzle it offers almost pin point accuracy to the area needed. It also lasts a long time so is good value for money.

I’ve had a really itchy and dry scalp for ages and this stuff actually helped a lot. It feels nice and soothing right after I put it on and doesn’t make my hair greasy. The itching and flakes are way less now which is awesome. Super easy to use after a shower, just leave it in. Honestly didn’t think it would work this well, but I’m really glad I tried it.
