I have had this item for over a year and use it quite frequently I never soaked it originally and it has been fine

What is the max temperature rating for this pot

When making a hot pot I would used 180 degs. with fan but if roasting small amounts of meat, say, cutlets, I drop the temp to 160 degs. Hope this helps.
