Gorgeous
Gorgeous flavour. I’m using this to enhance blueberry cream Keto dessert and mixed with half a teaspoon of erythritol it’s divine.

Potent with great flavour
Very strongly flavoured. I have used it with great success in granola bars to emulate BelVita bakes, and I have also stirred it into coffee along with some stevia for an interesting flavour.

Great flavour
Just used instead of essence, flavour is intense, created some brilliant blueberry muffins with it and can't wait to try some other recipes.

I am trying to contact seller!
This is an emulsion so I assumed it didn’t have any alcohol in as it is not an extract. After it arrived I checked the ingredients to find it does have alcohol in. I would like to know what type of alcohol is inside the emulsion???

Does it contain alcahol
I'm not happy because it has alcohol..It does not say that in your discription

El sabor es muy bueno, pero tiene color morado, y para luego teñir ( por ejemplo azúcar) con colorante es un desastre

I used this for a birthday cake for a family member. The desire was for a marbleized lemon blueberry cake, so I used a boxed lemon cake mix, made the batter, divided it in half and added 1.5 teaspoons of the blueberry extract to one half of the batter. I then poured both in a 9x13 pan, lemon first, then the blueberry batter in ribbons on top and swirled the batters with a knife to get the desired look. It came out looking very nice and the birthday honoree loved it. The flavor was good and tasted very much like actual blueberries…though next time I would add 2 tsp of the extract for a little richer blueberry taste. Overall, I would recommend this extract and am glad I bought it. There is another birthday coming up soon, and this time the goal is a blueberry cheesecake. Can’t wait!

Love the true blueberry flavor it has. You only need a little because it’s very concentrated.
