Terrible. Don’t buy!
The microphone doesn’t work properly and the volume is glitchy and goes up to full volume without me touching the volume and bursts my eardrums! I want to return the item for a full refund.I just tried the 1moreuk website contact number (weirdly a personal mobile number?!? and spoke to someone very very rude. I’m not impressed in the slightest.

Some serious issues
I have had these for four months. I use them with my iphone X during the commute to and from work, and also use them to make calls using the built in microphone. There are three major issues for me:1. The sound is way too sibilant - lots of high-end hiss, and quite tinny. Lacking in bass and warmth. I have had better sound on much cheaper headphones.2. The left ear bud has stopped working properly - often cuts out, or goes much lower in volume than the right ear. Occasionally also get crazy high pitched noise from them. Sometimes cleaning them with qtip and cleaning product helps for a while but I do not think the problem can be explained away by dirt/ear wax build up. I have had in-ear headphones for years and years and never had this issue before. If they are very sensitive to wax, then perhaps this is a design flaw in a product designed to be used in-ear.3. The microphone is terrible - people complain they can barely hear me, or there is a loud rushing/hissing sound that makes me hard to hear.I think you can get better bang for your buck, so would not recommend. I am going to have to give up using them, as the quality is just unacceptably bad for something this expensive.Oh and the "app" is useless and rather irritating - wants you to "burn them in" for hours, which is pointless, and then comes up whenever you plug in the jack with a notification asking for access. Waste of time.Packaging is very nice though. But not exactly environmentally friendly!

Great value, impressive sound and well put-together product
I bought the version with the lightning connector, since I use Apple products (iPhone, iPad). These ear-buds are a good value. The construction seems very solid, and the ear-buds are comfortable. Most important, the sound quality is impressive, and based on my limited experience, a big step up from other products in about the same price range. You just get a lot more of the recording. I suppose the sound could be a bit more refined, but it would be unfair to expect audiophile fidelity at this price. The packaging and accessories provided are also above expectation. There may be other excellent products in this price range, but you hardly would be disappointed with the 1More Triple drivers.

Great quality and more importantly sound
Brilliant sounding earbuds probably due to the DAC used. Substantial construction and also the in line controls are actually useable. Well thought out design. I swapped the rubber pieces for foam ear buds to get a better seal

Amazing sound quality but a few niggles
So, these have now given up the ghost, after less than a year - which is extremely disappointing for £80 earphones. The right ear has completely stopped working - just as often happens with less expensive buds.Other niggles:- Early on in my use, the earphones would garble my music in really weird ways, like they were gargling whilst singing. They'd also cut out or just stop working. This happened mostly with Spotify, and mostly on my previous phone. With an iPhone XR, they've been much better, but it was odd. I'd have to unplug them and reconnect. Possibly due to the phone software, but I'll never know.- The cord tangles very, very easily. You can't put them in your pocket without having to spend a whole minute (or more) untangling the cable afterwards. This happens even though there is fabric coating on the main part of the cable (it's the cables with the earbuds attached that are the worst offenders, admittedly).- The controls are very unintuitive. I thought my set had been programmed wrong. You either get used to this, or, in my case, stick with just pressing the joystick in to skip tracks, instead of moving it right or left. However, I will miss:- The sound. It's super clear, super punchy and very high quality. You can hear loads of details, and the earphones go up nice and loud to bring out the best from your music. These are one of the best-sounding earphones I've owned. Sorry, *were* - oh well!
