Works really well
I bought this as I was having trouble tensioning the caravan awning poles, as my hands are weaker due to arthritis. What a great little gadget. We could not believe how easy and efficient it was. We should have had one ages ago. The other half had been sceptical but now if anyone talks about awnings at our site it's the first thing he asks them if they have one.

Build quality fine but changed plastic grip for a home made rubber piece of toning now it grips. Awning poles

Useless!
Just could not get it to tension any of my awning poles, no matter how many times nor positions I tried with it, it just slid along without gripping the pole like its supposed to in the advertisement.Sending it back before I loose my mind!

Simple design and easy to use.
So simple to use. I used it on my fibre pole awning without any problems. Just make sure that you do not over tension which could cause damage. Would highly recommend and a good price. Excellent.
