These supplements seem pretty good. Increasing your ‘good’ bacteria to support your gut health seems to be the way to go. Who would have thought years ago that there were numerous colonies of bacteria living in our gut that are essential for our well-being? Now microbiome is a buzz-word on everyone’s lips. Decent enough supplement as far as I can tell.

I have suffered terribly for years with acid reflux to the point where I can end up inhaling stomach acid into my lungs & choking during my sleep. The burning discomfort & choking keeps me awake all night. My doctor wasn't massively helpful so I suffered largely in silence. This product has been life changing.I originally bought this to help with a recurring thrush infection down below and discovered not only that it cured that problem within days but also stopped the acid reflux dead in its tracks. It would seem that I also had a bacterial imbalance in the gut, which this product fixed.Before taking this I was drinking several bottles of gaviscon a week and severely restricting my diet to avoid setting the acid reflux off. Now I don't need the gaviscon at all.I have not had another thrush infection down below since taking this either. It is marvellous stuff.Word of warning... do not stop taking it when your symptoms go. I take two capsules a day for maintenance. If I forget to take the maintenance dose the acid reflux problem returns within 48hrs.

When all else fails (including prescription yeast pills), I turn to these. They are total life savers. I usually take one or two a day for maintenance. My only complaint is that they're quite expensive, so I've begun switching them up with another product with similar ingredients that also seems to be doing the job. If it weren't for the price, I'd be buying these more regularly!
