I can (and my watch can) tell when I can’t take it - my sleep quality suffers. As a result, my focus the next day suffers. Bonus - it tastes awesome. Only con is it takes a while to dissolve, even when I use my frother. Let it sit for 5 minutes, though, and it all breaks down! We buy this supplement monthly and have been for years now. The product is great but the container is misleading. The container literally has a quarter of the size of the container!!! The first time I thought it was an anomaly but I am on my third container and all are like this!! And for the cost of this product, this is truly obscene!

Love the product so I bought the powdered version but after opening the large container it was only 25% full. Feels like a waste of packaging

This is the only magnesium I will buy because of the flavor-I use the powder vitamin C daily and it has a tart taste but the fruit punch magnesium takes away the bitterness and I’m able to drink it daily LOL
