A really great trampoline it's strong easy to put together and safe if you follow the instructions. Great value and So much fun through the summer term. This is the 10ft so a good size, nice bounce. We have all had a go and it's super fun. It zips up so all is safe. Video is with water balloons real funny.

Bit of work building it but not as bad as expected. Lovely trampoline, sturdy and with the netting on the inside of the springs quite secure… no injured children so far. Good buy

I bought the 8ft diameter trampoline. Came in two boxes. Largest box is quite heavy but I managed to load it into the car and lift it onto the outside bench. Petite men & women may struggle on their own. Contents of both boxes were well packaged to avoid damage. All fittings were individually packaged and clearly marked. It comes with its own combined Allen key/Phillips head screw driver tool and a spanner. I’d recommend using your own Phillips screwdriver though to get better purchase on the screw heads. It was simple enough to build providing you follow the clear instructions to the letter and don’t try to skip ahead. Recommend you don’t try and build it during Storm Hannah like I did! It took me 30mins to build the main base ring and feet on my own. It took me 20 mins to fit the jumping sheet & springs (using the hook tool provided) and to tie on the outer edge cushion. It’s important to follow the spring position fitting guide to avoid twisting the frame. It took me approx 20mins to assemble and fit the upper support ring for the net. I’d recommend a helping hand at this point. You have to assemble 3 flexible metal rods into an 8m (25ft) long pole then feed it into the top of the net into a circle. You need some space to do this and take your time. You have to gently feed in to avoid catching the pole joints on the netting and tearing it. Once the netting has been put up on the poles the netting needs to be “stitched” to the outer ring pad using the long laces provided into the pre-made holes in the netting. There’s one every inch. This is quite fiddly and very time consuming. It took me over 1 hour to do this on my own. However, it is very secure when finished. Final stage, took 5 mins to build and attach the non-slip steps. Overall, I’m very pleased with the design and build quality. Kids have tested it and they’re very secure inside. Time will tell if it weathers as well as the Amazon description suggested. Only minor gripe was the delivery. I had specifically stated on the order for the delivery company to call me 30 mins before delivery to ensure I’d be in. They didn’t and it was taken to the nearest Yodel collection point. Worse still the ‘missed delivery note’ was not filled out properly by the driver and it was a nightmare dealing with Yodels automated call centre. But once I spoke to a human we were able to track the package. That took an extra 20 mins. Luckily the depot was just around the corner from work for me to pick up.

very happy with the trampoline, 10 ft is bigger than we expected. It seems very sturdy, there were some issues with the delivery but the company was super quick to resolve it!

After doing alot of research before buying a 8FT trampoline I thought that I would have to pay far more than I had budgeted to get one of reasonable quality, as you usually get what you pay for. This product is different as you get a good quality product for a very reasonable price. The delivery was fast, ordered late Saturday afternoon and was up and running in the garden by Wednesday afternoon. The instructions had a parts check list and was very easy to follow. I assembled the trampoline by myself and took around three and a half hours in total, but I did take my time. The safety net assembly takes longer than you would think and it was a little bit fiddly putting the rods together as per instructions. However there is a video I found on YouTube after which shows an easier way. The only other suggestion I would advise is to have a Rubber malate to tap some of the parts together as they are a tight fit. So far I am very pleased with this trampoline. It was easy to assemble, everything fitted perfectly and for the money it is of good quality. Customer service team was also very friendly and very helpful. My garden is now full of the sounds of bouncing and laughter. Happy days '

So pleased I purchased this 12ft trampoline for my daughter. Product arrived well before EDT in undamaged and intact boxes. Trampoline itself although a quite a few hours process to finish on my own, had easy to follow instructions, well labelled bags of hardwear and online videos. I in addition bought the screw down tethers to avoid it causing a neighbourhood chaos in windy conditions. Well constructed components have used in its manufacture, safety has been fundamental in its design, I have no grumbles what so ever. Both my daughter and myself couldn't have asked for better.
