First let me say that this phone works with Mint Mobile. I bought this phone for my 10 year old daughter after finding out she had become addicted to her smart phone which brought her grades down. My ex wife had taken away the phone due to the low grades. So I decided to get her a dumb phone that is strong and reliable and to also allow her an I to communicate during the day not depending on her mother's phone when she arrived from work. This phone is strong, feels great, and sounds very clear.At first the phone wasn't working, although it's a 4g phone, it will not work if you are in a 3g area. I went into settings and there is an option to connect it to 3g only and once I pressed that the phone was up and running. I tried the automatic setting for the phone to switch from 4g to 3g on its own and for some reason that doesn't work, as if the 4g is the dominant setting no matter what, so I just kept it on 3g and she hasn't had a connection issue with the phone at all.The phone also has a built in FM tuner which is great, it allows her to listen to music when she wants. I also added music in a micro chip and she loves it. It will only play mp3 music, it will not play apple lossless files or any high quality music files.This is a great phone and I highly recommend it

Ok, it is a good cheap phone. Feels like like a piece of plastic that could break but it is strong and functions well and as advertised. But it doesn't have a touch screen (it never claimed to have one) and isn't a smart phone that you can add apps to (again, they never claimed this).But I have found that this phone doesn't really hold any other USB plug except their own wire. They tried to tell me that it was because it needed to be smaller because the plastic around it would prevent it from going into the charger all the way. But I have plugs that are smaller than the one they sent with the phone BUT, I have found that their plug is actually a mm or two longer than all the others in my home. So I am going to head to Walmart to try and find a plug that is longer than all the other ones we have.On a side note... I was going to return my phone because of the wire issue but the one that they sent me to replace it had lots of issues like the right menu button doesn't work so I couldn't go backwards and the down button doesn't work and so I could only go up in the menus. After I found out that their wire is different length, I am going to send the replacement back and keep the one that I thought was having an issue with locking the wire into the phone.Added 2/25/2021: After using it for just about two months, it was a good cheap phone but it has turned into an absolute piece of crap. Most Micro-USBs will not stay locked in but I managed to find a few that actually do work... the one that came with it and one that I got from Walmart. But now it seems that even those will not charge. It will come up and say that the phone is charging but then once you set it down, it will say that it was unplugged and stop charging. I don't have time to sit and babysit the phone to make sure that it is charging.

Purchased this phone for my husband because of its durability. It’s not a smart phone but I can call and text him and that’s perfect. If he drops it no problem! Gets it wet no problem. Very happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend to anyone!! Rings extremely loud so he can hear it even while working. It’s a 4K which you must have to activate with most phone carriers 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️ UPDATE: THIS PHONE NO LONGER WORKS!!!! ITS A 4G. ALL OF THE MAJOR CELLULAR PHONE COMPANIES HAVE, OR ARE IN THE PROCESS OF UPGRADING TO 5G. PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. ( IT IS A GREAT HEAVY DUTY PHONE ). BUT YOU NEED A 5G!!!

This phone meets my needs for something tough, as I live and work on a farm, and carry the phone while I ride the tractors, use the mowers, dig pipes, crawl under things, and otherwise abuse it. It performs just fine. The camera is pretty good, and the phone works well. It has a built-in FM radio that really works, and the typical calculator, game, flashlight, and other common add-ons.However, it comes with a lousy user guide, and the online guide is only a little bit better; it took me weeks, for example, to figure out how to change the volume while making a phone call. The icons on the top edge of the screen are so small as to be useless, and features and other controls are hard to understand.All that being said, it works perfectly in Sweden and Greece, it doesn't care when I drop it, be it on dirt, mud, or concrete, and it really is highly water resistant.So, altogether, I rate it as.......................................................................pretty good.
