A good piece of kit , fully functional and good value recommend it
I bought this for my as I check tyre pressures regularly in my role , it is well made the valve push end is machined brass which bodes well for the quality , the hose is 200mm long so you can access a tyre valve easily and read the pressure indicated by facing the gauge toward you in any situation or angle . Once the required pessure has been reached or if you overfill a tyre no problem leave the gauge "pushed on the tyre valve" position and press the small pressure release stud on the gauge body, this lets air out until the desired pressure is reached perfect !. The gauge itself takes the reading and if done correctly the needle stays at that reading when you remove it from the tyre valve so you can record it or whatever , simply press the small pressure relief stud to reset the gauge for the next use . The gauge is graduated and seems very accurate for all purposes , my only slight disappointment is the gauge is not as legible to read at a glance as I'd like , and the readings are given in bar , psi , with no colour distinction between the two in say font or some other way of differentiating the scale . Plus being a middle aged guy my eyes are not as young as they once were ! . However the scale is still perfectly legible and usable , it's just a minor point that some with old eyes may find an annoyance but not insurmountable .All in all I'd give this product a solid 9.5 out of 10... BUY IT ...it's worth the small cost .

Great value, easy to use, well made.
Well made, easy to use, accurate, cheap. Wow. I have a cheapo Halfords electronic gauge, but I never fully trust it, it keeps turning itself off while moving from one wheel to the next, and invariably needs a new battery when I come to use it. It also occasionally gets "stuck" and needs the battery taking out to reset it. So I wanted a good old mechanical one, and on top of that, one that copes well with high pressures. The tyres on our motorhome need to be at 70-80 psi, depending on load. This is brilliant. Lovely well-engineered feel to the brass components, nice protective rubber case on the gauge, a decent length hose so that you can always hold the gauge at a readable angle no matter where the valve is, and a handy button to release air if you need to, without having to keep pulling the nozzle off the valve. The dial responds instantly unlike the horrible dampened motion you seem to get on so many foot pumps etc. which are slow to respond and seem to give a different reading every time, and this one always gives the exact same reading. Very pleased with it, for the money it is a real bargain.

Solid piece of kit
This is a well made piece of equipment and looks like it will last. The gauge is easy to read and after taking the pressure reading the needle stays at the indicated pressure until you press the release valve. It has a swivel head to make it easier to fit on a variety of tyre valves. My only complaint would be that the part that fits over the valve could be deeper so that it's further over the valve body before opening the valve to read the pressure. As it is it's quite shallow and tends to cant over and release some pressure before you get it seating properly. Still happy with it though. We'll worth the money.

Accurate and well made
Classy looking gauge with the brass and the blue. I get a lot of comments whenever I use it. Very accurate and pretty easy to use. Just continue to hold it on until you get a good seal (normally doesn’t take long). Pressure release valve works well and is handy to reduce to perfect pressure. Draper are a descent brand, their kit typically doesn’t disappoint. I keep it in the supplied cardboard box when not in use. Took a while to pick this one looking at all the ones available, but glad I did. Worth the purchase.

Will Pay For Itself
For me this falls into the rare category of purchases that will pay for itself.Properly inflated tyres last longer and are safer - this gauge will ensure this for you.First off this is a quality mechanical gauge which reads up to 100psi/7 bar, so that will cover just about every type of vehicle on the road and certainly all cars.Second, I used plastic battery-powered digital gauges for years and this is a definite step-up in quality. It is very accurate and being made of metal (brass) will last years and vastly longer than the plastic battery gauges.Third, it is built with a pressure relief valve so after you have attached it to the tyre valve it retains the pressure reading until you press the relief valve, this is handy when taking readings in poor light, it is also a useful way of deflating over-pumped tyres. For the price being charged by Amazon this gauge is excellent value, you get a high quality gauge which will last years if not decades and save you money all that time. It should pay for itself. Strongly recommended.

Good quality
Works well

Good value
Quite easy to use but probably wouldn't have bought if known about the plus or minus 2 psi error margin which is printed on the box.

Good value gauge but difficult to use
Frustrating product. Good value, robust, swivelling hose is very helpful, pressure hold and bleed button work well. But the recess on the head is so shallow it makes it very difficult to a create and hold a clean/tight seal when you're taking a reading so you end up losing a few/several psi in the process. When you do get lucky and get it seated perfectly on the first attempt readings are consistent with my other gauges so accuracy would be fine for my needs.
