Scosche Magnetic Flush Mount for Smartphone

I'm impressed! I've heard a few bad reviews about this type of product so I was a little sceptical about it.As I didn't want a 'traditional' phone holder as I haven't got the space on the dash and I hate window holders as they bounce around and are too far away, so a magnet seemed the best option for my Mk4 Ford Mondeo!It comes with a tablet metal plate and a phone one. As these are nice and thin I was able to get the tablet one between my phone and the armoured case, the magnet picked it up but only slightly due to the thickness of my case, so I've used the smaller metal plate at the back of my phone aswell.The magnet stuck well to the dash of my car (plastic) and holds the phone solid against the magnet!!Not sure hold it will hold long term, it feels like a quality item and nothing sticks forever. I I would even consider super gluing for a perminant fix.Recommended!!!

I'm surprised at how well this holds. strong magnets, low-tack rubber to stop your device sliding around (my VTIN dual mount allows devices to slides around a bit, this wouldn't).I tested the larger plate with my HTC M9 with Spigen Neo Hybrid case (plate between phone and spigen case) and held it perfectly well - more than capable of holding the phone vertically on a stiffly sprung/lowered car.my actual use is to hold a wireless keyfob device (not car keys though!) to the car dash, but also easily removable for when i park up, leave the car in dodgy areas or issues removing the rear cover to change batteries. The included small plate is perfect size for this.I admit i'm a bit of a special use case, but shows the universal purpose of this mount.I've always been a fan of mechanical/non-magnetic holders, but this product has certainly changed that preference.What i did notice is that the included plates do upset the compass function on the M9 phone, so would render this part of the phone inaccurate & un-useable while the plate is fitted to the phone. If this is something you use and rely on it's best to look at a non-magnetic solution.

The best of its kind. The material is soft and durable and sticks great. The magnet is sufficiently powerful and I have not had any issues with it whatsoever. Price is a bit high but it's Scosche after allUpdate: 2 years laterStill looks, functions, and sticks amazingly. I even unstuck the pieces and stuck them back on with new tape because I switched phones and they still look and function amazingly

Bought this for use with my iPhone 7 and official Apple leather case and it works perfectly in the car. So much so that I can insert the charger cable and push the home button whist it is attached to the magnet and it stays in place. (When the metal plate is placed in the middle of the phone).Has not fallen off yet in the car when going over bumps etc.Only 4 stars because I thought the magnet unit was a little larger than expected, but maybe that is unfair as build quality is good and connection is strong.

I would buy this only if you get have a large enough flat surface on your dash (not sure how many cars do) to fit this, otherwise you can not stick this anywhere where it would be useful. Otherwise the magnet is fairly strong

After few hour I installed the magnet and the stickers on the phone, the sticker completely lost his stickiness it's no longer able to hold the phone.I first used the wipe to clean back of the phone , I dried it with a cloth and then i applied the sticker.Now it's completely unusable.

Fitted this above the CD player in my Dacia Sandero, between two vents my previous magnetic holder wouldn't fit into. Once the adhesive has been applied and left to cure for 24 hours, this thing isn't budging.It looks good in-situ and holds onto my Samsung S6 like a dream. Over bumps, speed humps and potholes, my phone doesn't move an inch, yet I can swivel it and remove it however I please. I was so impressed by it I bought my girlfriend one too.In the pack you get the magnetic mount, which IS flush fitting. You need to find a flat piece of dash for it to hold onto in such a way that it won't hinder your device from coming into contact with it.You get two plates, one small, one large. I used the large one on my S6 just to be certain it would adhere strongly but given the strength of the magnet I imagine the smaller one would have no trouble clinging on.You get a wipe, for cleaning the section of the dash you want to stick the mount to. It's good to use this, just to ensure a clean contact, and I can't stress how important it is to let the adhesive cure. 24 hours, minimum.It's cheap for what it is and if you've got the dash for it, it's invaluable.

I’ve been using these for years. I bought mine almost 4 years ago and is still as perfect as the day I bought it. I bought a couple more as gifts for my family this year because I love them so much. A little user tip, in the last 4 years I’ve had 3 different phones so I don’t actually stick the magnet to my phone, it sits quite nicely between my phone and cover.

Se lo regalé a mi novio para que lo pusiera en el coche y va perfecto, sujeta totalmente el teléfono y no se despega. Vienen dos imanes: uno para móvil y otro para tablet, pero si el teléfono en cuestión es grande, es probable que haya que usar el imán previsto para tablet, como nos ha pasado a nosotros.Tras 4 años, seguimos muy contentos con la compra y también se lo hemos regalado a otros familiares. La faena es que yo metía el imán por dentro de la carcasa de mi móvil, en contacto con la batería, pero los móviles ya no se pueden abrir tanto =D Si tienes una carcasa oscura, perfecto, pero si es clarita o transparente... mal asunto. La solución es dejarlo en el coche y ponerlo cuando se vaya a usar, qué remedio.

Non avevo mai considerato un supporto magnetico per il mio smartphone, avevo sempre utilizzato dei sistemi dedicati con "culle" specifiche. Dopo avere recentemente sostituito il mio smartphone con uno usato (LG Nexus 5), non ho però trovato una soluzione dedicata che mi piacesse ed ho provato questo accessorio magnetico. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: la presa è robusta, tanto che per rimuovere il cellulare è necessario applicare abbastanza forza. Ho deciso di applicare la placca metallica in dotazione alla custodia semi rigida che già possedevo: questo mi permette di posizionare lo smatphone in automobile senza rimuovere la custodia.Per non rovinare l'automobile ho deciso di applicare la calamita su un vecchio supporto a ventosa che non utilizzavo più, risultato: ora ho un sistema di fissaggio universale. Un ottimo prodotto, pratico, robusto e versatile, lo consiglio.

Wollte eine Halterung kaufen, die klein, unauffällig (nicht wie die die Standard-Klemmhalterung) und günstig ist (nicht wie einige Sets, die hier verkauf werden).Habe dieses Set recht skeptisch gekauft und...+ ...bin sehr begeistert.+ Magnet hält aufgeklebt super an der Armatur+ die Einlegeplättchen (1x groß, 1x klein werden mitgeliefert) sind sehr stark. (Das kleine hält das Samsung Galaxy S3)- einziger Nachteil (ist aber bauartbedingt): Man muss einen Platz auf der Armatur finden, wo man das Ding hinkleben kann und wo das Handy dann im richtigen Winkel dranhängen kann. War nicht einfach, geht aber.Super Sache! Und für 14,99 € klasse Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
