Wrong product received - both the picture and description do not match the item I received! Ordered Eaglemoss Enterprise NCC 1701 refit issue 2(2271). However received TOS Enterprise issue 50. Decided against contacting seller & hassle of shipping back. However, on a positive note, model is beautifully detailed considering size. Highly recommend Eaglemoss Star Trek models - when at a tolerable price." Quality of model gets 5 stars. 1 star rating due to receiving item I didn't actually order.

Really quick service, it arrived within 3 days, which is REALLY GOOD!It's a great display model! Originally they came out has a week-by-week collection you can buy at the newsagent last year, but at the time I wasn't interested, thinking they were more or less toys aimed at children.But I was wrong! When I got the Steamrunner model for my birthday last year, I realized that they were actually really good display models, with a lot of good detail and craftsmanship put into them.Like I said, these are designed to be detailed display models to be displayed on a shelf, so parents might want to think carefully before buying them for very young children.Although I regret not buying them in the shops at the time, I've seen at least a dozen models on here that I might even start collecting them online from now on.

The item was delivered on time, but it arrived broken in three. The saucer section and one nacelle was broken off.

The saucer section is metal but the rest is plastic, but the detail on both makes up for this.
