Ideal ankle weights
Perfect and fit for purpose. Recommended by physio to strengthen leg for osteoarthritis of hip. The light weight of 1/2 kg helps to speed up the monotony of this boring exercise. Excellent value for money and great quality.

Great Rehab Tool!
Great weights which really helped with my injury rehab. Will be purchasing heavier weights as require on my rehab journey. Comfortable to wear during physio sessions and at such a reasonable price!.

Good
I use these as "micro-plates", rather than actual ankle weights, to slide on the barbell.Works well!I even weighed them and they are spot on weight wise.

One came faulty already
They seem ok though when i opened the pack one of the two has a whole in the material already....at the moment it isnt leaking but does not look promising. They really should have checked for faults before posting it. I will be returning it.

I would like to get a set for my body
They did not work on my wrists as they were too big, but I wear them on my ankles and I feel a real improvement in my leg strength. I would like to get a set for my body, but they all seem to be made for men. I am thinking of making a body and wrist set with sand as the weight.
