I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR 3 MONTHS NOW, IT DID TAKE ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR ME TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY NAILS AS IT NEEDS TO GET INTO YOUR SYSTEMI HAD VERY SOFT NAILS WHICH SPLIT BEFORE THEY GOT TO THE TOP OF MY NAIL GROWTH AND ANY TIME I KNOCKED MY NAILS THEY WOULD BE DAMAGED, THRU' MENOPAUSE I THINK AS THIS IN QUITE COMMON.NOW MY NAILS ARE AWESOME PEOPLE ASK ME IF THEY ARE REAL LOL!!! I HAVE BEEN SPENDING ££££ ON FINDING WHAT WORKS FOR ME AND THIS IS IT !!! ALSO USE A NAIL HARDNER TO GIVE ADDED PROTECTION SO FOR NAILS IT WAS GREAT. MY HAIR HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY HEALTHY SO I CAN'T COMMENT ON THAT .

There needs to be a list of ingredients or a photo of the back of the box so you can see it yourself. 1 review and even 1 reply to a question said it was good for bones. There is another box of Hibner Silicea capsules which states for 'hair skin nails and bones' this has zinc and manganese for bones. The boxes look the same - I almost bought this one by mistake. I dont know whether this has any ingredients for bones in it - I would think not as it is cheaper than the other type.

I love it. I only see the results after 2 months after I stopped. My hair is curly and is not easy to see baby hair. But now after 3 months o see it perfectly.Today I started again another blister, because in the spring and autumn I loose more hair.

I've always had thick long hair , after having my daughter , my hair naturally started to fall out and it got quite thin! I was recommended to take this and I must say its amazing ! I've passed this on to all my friends and will continue to take it , as my hair feels great again ! I buy 60 tablets at a time generally and feel its quite good value for money !

Very good product. The hair started growing after first course. It caused me some white spots on face but only temporary they dissapeared after i stopped taking vitamins. It’s worth it if you had a severe hair loss like i did after a baby

This product claims to help with skin hair and nails. The only notable difference it made was my nails grew at a fast rate, which is great if you want long nails. It is just completely useless otherwise and I am disappointed having spent so much buying 6 months supply

I was hoping to see an improvement for hair growth, so far 8 x weeks into using the supplement only my nails have grown, seen little improvement in my skin. The second batch I bought on subscription £18.99. Won't be making any further purchases
