o.k so i bought this for somone else whos working out and wanted a boost and a way to put on some extra weight. it was on the recommendation of my brother who is into keeping fit. i have to say it does actually help, after a while of working out reguarly it does help to bulk you up. definately increases appetite and strength. so if want energy and a little help to gain those extra few pounds then this product will benefit you. good luck.

The capsules they always which are blue and white have been working perfectly on me but ever since I have been ordering on my last 3-boxes they have been sending me the capsules are all white I have noticed the difference there not affective like the capsules they have been sending me which are blue and white I like your product but please only send me the blue and white capsules because these white capsules are not working on me thank you
