My daughter really struggles with bloating after eating. It can get really painful for her. We were going to start allergy testing but thought we would give these a try. She is so much better for them! They are very effective, easy to take and absolutely worth the money

After 10 days of taking this supplement I noticed a real difference that regulated my bowels. I did an intolerance test which showed I was lacking a good bacteria which this supplement contains. I don't usually stick with supplements but this one really works.

They’re suitable for daily use and are often recommended after antibiotics or for anyone wanting to look after their gut. However, it’s one of those supplements where the results aren’t easy to gauge. I take them as a preventative and for general support. Still happy to continue using them for the long-term benefits.

Love the packaging and quality. It's in a nice glass jar. It is on the expensive side but it's good. The pills are regular size and doesn't cause any swallowing issue.

Takes a while to work but 100% effective. Saw results after about one week.

Great for anyone who wants to take probiotics but can't take the yogurt drinks. Not as bloated now.

Not cheap so expected a bit more , still getting bloated and general gassy every day and hasnt helped so far , i have a really good diet too and dont drink , will come back and update if after a bit longer it helps but 2 weeks so far i kinda expected some sort of change , anyway was worth a try and if improves in next few weeks i have left in bottle id stick with it

Ich habe diverse Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten (Laktose, Fructose, Histamin) seit meiner Kindheit. Eigentlich weiß ich was ich essen darf/kann, aber gerade im Restaurant/bei Einladungen/Zeiten wie z.B. Weihnachten ist das nicht immer so einfach. Auf andere (auch sehr gut bewertete) Probiotika habe ich mit starken Bauschmerzen/Blähungen reagiert. Im Internet habe ich dann gelesen, dass es Probiotika gibt, bei denen bestimmte Bakterienstämme Histamin produzieren und das erklährt meine starken Reaktionen darauf. OptiBac dagegen ist einfach super: keine Durchfälle mehr, wenn ich es in solchen Situationen vorbeugend nehme (Morgens und Abends je eine Tablette), schnelle Hilfe wenn der Bauch doch einmal durcheinander gerät, bessere Verträglichkeit von Produkten, bei denen ich sonst schon auf kleinste Mengen reagiere und keine Nebenwirkungen. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
