**Q: How come it says suitable for vegetarians and has gelatine (bovine ) - beef grlatine in the ingredients?**
A: These ones are not it's only the Liquid and the calcium and iron ones. The table at the bottom is up to date :) also says this on the website --Most of our products are not suitable for vegetarians as they contain gelatine. Baby & Toddler 250ml liquid and Calcium & Iron 30s are suitable for vegetarians.

**Q: Expiry date if I buy in April 2023 plz?**
A: Our products have 30/09/2024 expiry date on them

**Q: how healthy is this?**
A: What exactly does that mean? If you are looking for a chewable multivitamin for a child that is 3 and older, this is a very good alternative. How healthy something is depends entirely on who you are giving it too, and in comparison to what.

**Q: How can they claim to be rich in vitamin D when they only have 1/4 of the recommended daily amount in them?**
A: You will have to ask the maker of the multivitamins

Great vitamins! My son is neurodivergent and doesn’t really like a lot of textures but he loves the flavour and thinks of them as actual sweeties! I can see the improvement in my son’s mood and energy when taking these vs not taking these. Highly recommended
